I've been with Tina even before she moved to Prime Cut. She's always listened to me regarding my planned and impromptu haircuts ideas. She does an excellent job! Very friendly and warm environment. Strongly recommend Prime Cut as your go-to salon if you want an excellent experience!

From the moment I walked in the door, every single staff member was friendly and helpful! You can see that they really are a team by always helping each other out; even if it's not their customer, the staff works hard to make all the customers feel comfortable and happy. For example, I was asked multiple times if I wanted water, tea, or coffee by the receptionist, my hairdresser and two other hairdressers, while waiting for my appointment and while in the chair. Moreover, while I was there, a lot of older women were getting their hair done and the hairdressers took their arms and walked them to and from their cars! I just thought this was so caring and compassionate. It was my first time there and by the end of my appointment I trusted my hairdresser to the point I was saying, "Whatever

Drew does an excellent job with color. He really cares about the health of your hair and gives great advice. Would highly recommend. I live in New York and also have a home in Michigan. When I am in Michigan I always have Drew do my hair.

I love Prime Cuts (and Drew) so much that I am still more than willing to drive an hour and a half to get my hair done. I trust Drew fully and let him do what he wants and he always impresses. The staff is so kind there! I always feel welcomed!

I always enjoy my time with Amy when she does my nails. Today was a much-needed pedicure! Amy provides top-notch customer service, always going above and beyond to ensure her clients leave happy and satisfied. Amy has been doing my nails at Prime Cut for approximately 13 years, and I wouldn't think of going to anyone else! Prime Cut is a great salon, with welcoming staff, and a very pleasant atmosphere.
