Princess and Diva Spa Fun Shop

We are from out of town and brought the family to Mall of America for my daughters birthday. We saw this place and knew she had to get a Princess Spa day. We called and ended up having to book for the next day because they were all booked up! Which was no problem we had a hotel and just decided to stay a little longer the next day than planned. It was totally worth it. She had SOOOOO much fun! Got her make up done, fingers and toes. She had an amazing time! Tons of photo ops and the staff was so nice. Great experience!!

We traveled to the MOA as a Birthday trip for our daughter and was recommended for her to experience the Princess Diva Shop, and it did not disappoint! We were immediately greeted by Sueda who welcomed us in to start our daughter’s pampering journey. The robe and crown were beautiful touches. She did a great job on her nails, and she even got to make her own nail polish! Sueda was so friendly, professional and very engaging with us! The entire experience was really fun! I’m glad she got the opportunity to get the Princess treatment at the Spa!

I agree with the comments regarding the unfriendly and non interactive staff. They obviously hate working there. My daughter only had a good time cause mom was hyping her up. If staff attitude was better, I would consider bringing my other daughter.

I used to love bringing my daughters here for their birthdays. We will not be returning after our last experience. There was one staff member working when I brought my daughter and her friend. She was not at all welcoming. A cheap necklace was shoved at us when we arrived, the robes were worn and stained, the chairs and benches are scratched and dirty. The woman working was not good with kids at all. She made hardly any effort to show any signs of celebration or interest. When it came time to leave, she basically stood up and walked away. No "thank you", no "happy birthday", nothing. I actually had to ask if we were all done. It's sad so see what's become of this salon. The pedicure isn't even in use any more. We left feeling very disappointed.

During a recent visit to the Mall of America, I stopped by the Princess and Diva Spa Fun Shop and was impressed by its magical kids vibe. With tall pink throne chairs, illuminated foot tubs, and services like manicures, facials, and fairy dust makeup, it’s the perfect spot for a royal pampering session. My daughter wasn’t with me this time, but if she was, she would have absolutely loved getting her nails done and being pampered in the tall pink thrones!
