Princess Nails

I don't know whether to be angry or cry. Two days ago I went to get my nails done because I have a wedding on Saturday, and they did a terrible job, so I decided to go back to Princess Nail to get them fixed. I never imagined they'd make them even worse! 😵‍💫😡The first design was the one I asked for, and they did them the way they wanted. I told them I didn't want the gold line too thick, and it was like they didn't hear me. What a disappointment! Now I'll have to take these off and put on my own nail polish, because what's the point of paying and receiving such a bad job?

Vicky was a terrible worker. Super rude and scammer. I was told for the service of acrilic nails was 45. When I saw the cat eye palette asked if it was additional charge. She said NO. THEN she played stupid saying she didn't understand and that it was additional 20. Even tho that she made NO DESIGN. Every picture I had as a reference she said it might not come up right and to make it simple. When I call her out she was screaming if I would pay or not. Which I said YES. IM JUST ASKING why those charges when she didn't make NO DESIGN. SHE CONTINUED SO I PAY AND LEFT. IN GENERAL the place is alright the people are always talking shit and being super rude to clients. Prices seem alright but guess you get what u payed. Not a place to leave HAPPY or RELAXED. Never coming back.

Most people do walk-in so if you don’t mind the wait of people ahead of you, they’re fine. Quite speedy once they get to you. They don’t have the disposable slippers though so if you do regular pedi like I did, may have to walk across the floor on barefoot. Edited: there was not enough time for my regular pedi to dry, the manicurist said it would be okay but I ended up home with the color wrinkled. Just do gel pedi if you don’t mind it.

This is my 3rd time here. My first 2 experience I love how the woman took care of my manicure and gel nails she paid attention to details and was careful. This time I decided to get manicure acrylics nails and I had a different person take of it she filed into my right pinky to where it bled at the end I did tell her more than a few times physically and verbally that it hurt she ignored it. She offered to put some blue liquid on the injured pinky I declined her offer. I should have paid attention to the red flags with this person her attitude was a bit off she also didn’t soak my hands and clean the dead skin off which I’m disappointed never again. She seemed irritated that she couldn’t put the blue liquid on. If it ain’t neosporin or a proper first aid kit don’t offer me something unknow

I've waited more than an hour. Its ok to wait but I felt bad because they assist the people who just came instead of me. I tried to ask one lady but she ignored me. But I still keep waiting until it's my turn. The good thing is the lady who did my nails is good but I think she's new. The other ladies trying to tell her make it fast. The massage is too fast. Prior to this, when I came, when they see me, they talked and laughed but I tried to ignored it but I don't expect they will keep me waiting that long and ignored me. There's no smile from them. I felt so bad. I keep thinking of the their faces. The two ladies most the most. Their been working there for a while. Now, I promised myself, I will not come back there anymore.
