Princess Nails Salon

I have been going there for 2 years now, and I am sad to write this review. 2 year ago I was diagnosed with terminal brain cancer, and since then I treat myself after each hospital stay. I normally accept a shitty job because it happens so rarely, but my mom and boyfriend were there because the cancer had come back, and it was to much for me, I walk out and let them pay is was to much and I was in tears. Today I went in with severe aphasia, and specially wanted the girl at the front who was always so nice to me, they told me they were fully book, I leave, not think anything of it, then I go back in and ask about tomorrow, they told me no, because of what happen last time, I leave, shocked, then I go in to apologize, and they have locked the door. Very unprofessional experience. The salon manager called my phone looking for someone else, and when I explained that they had the wrong number, they abruptly hung up in my face. No apology or clarification. That kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially from management.

It’s really hard to find a nail place that does it all. Usually you’d have to choose between quality and a reasonable price, but here you get both. So happy I found this place. The girls are all very talented and meticulous, but my tech Grethel is GREAT. They’re also hilarious and all super friendly. Love this place.

I brought my daughter in for our first time, as we are new to Florida in general. Melissa is the one who did my daughters nails and I must say she was extremely kind, she suggested the best nails that wouldn’t damage my daughters real nails, she designed them exactly like the photo my daughter showed her and we were both extremely happy with the final results. All the ladies in there were so kind. We will be back for sure

Excellent nail salon Yelitza took her time to do a professional job. Place is immaculate plenty of parking no hassle even offered cuban coffee
