A family run small local business - recommend calling ahead for an appointment as it’s only two people working here. Yes the furniture may be outdated, but customer service, prices and quality cannot be beat! Also when the curtains are drawn back you have a lovely view of Ball Square! I always feel so welcomed when I come in and gel pedicures last for at least one month (photo already two weeks after my last pedicure and still looks incredible!)

I love coming here to get my acrylic done with gel polish. She always does a great job! She is reasonable priced and very attentive. If you don’t like something just let her know and she doesn’t get upset or irritated. She truly cares about her costumers been happy.

I loved my experience at Princess nail salon!💕I’ve been eyeing it for some time and I am so glad I finally tried it, Tommy and Diane were so nice from the minute I walked in, they gave me enough time to pick my color and don’t rush. The place was super clean, spacious and has that vintage look which is super nice cause you feel like you’re coming inside a family home rather than a fast paced nail service. I think it’s definitely better for a classic manicure, in my case I got gel, and it looks really good in a trending color of the season for sure. But the highlight is definitely having a nice conversation and relaxing, which is how beauty service is supposed to be. Loved it! oh and also they have such a nice view of all Ball square🌆✨🌷🤍

I hate writing bad reviews of places, especially when the people that were there were so nice, but this place is just outdated. I got a mani and pedi for 45, which is a bargain, but it wasn't great quality. The pedicure: my feet sat in a lukewarm water (no lining, no soap, no salts, just plain water and a jet - it didn't feel clean) and she forgot to exfoliate one of my feet. I didn't say anything though.... But the foot she did exfoliate it was a quick job. My feet don't feel moisturized and soft like after normal pedicures. Then she had me walk over to the manicure station with no slippers or anything, so barefoot on the carpet. The manicure was fine standard, but she missed clipping clear hangnails. Overall the mani / pedi work was fine.... but I felt like I could of had a friend do

Not only is Diane highly skilled at doing nails, she is also the most amazingly welcoming person, and is really a pleasure to chat with. She and her husband have owned and worked at this salon for the past three decades and it definitely shows! What a great find in Ball Square!! Definitely recommend getting your nails done here.
