Princess Nails & Spa

This is my husbands account but my name is Jordana. I’ve been going to Princess Nails since they opened about 2 years ago. They remember what gel color I like on my manicure and are always patient as I choose a different pedicure color. Also, my dad was visiting last year and they always ask “How is your daddy?” It’s very sweet! The place is always clean and comfortable. And I do love the rolling massage pedicure chairs. They always ask if I want something to drink. Everyone here will make you feel like a treasured client. Also you can get a discount on your first time here if you come on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday!

First time visit and i can say it was a pleasure. The staff was nice and attentive. Not to mention i Love my nails

My experience started off well. My techs were kind. Tracy did my toes and they are wonderful, she was very communicative about prices. Hugh did my nails, he was kind as well making sure he got the shape I wanted. I didn't realize until I got to sephora and sprayed alcohol on my hands that I have this really deep cut on my finger and a slight messy shape. While getting my nails done one of the techs was arguing with a high schooler about prices which made me quite anxious and could be why I didn't notice the cut and such. To see an adult argue and talk negatively about a customer was disheartening.

I will NEVER go to this salon again. My nails are hideous and beyond sloppy. The quality is equivalent to a beginner school level with zero experience. My nails are wavey and I have polish all over my skin on my nails and toes. The techs were clearly talking about me in their language I don’t understand because my attitude quickly changed from needing my nails and want to relax for an hour to hurry up and let me get out of here. Do NOT GO HERE!!!!

I just got my nails done here and I have a 50/50 review. I started by getting some nails taken off and Gina was so rough that she nicked my fingernail to the point it started bleeding(attached below). However, another guy came over and finished my nails, hugh, and he was so gentle and nice and commutative that it made me want to stay and finish getting my nails done. I was going to leave but Hugh made it better. My finished nails look amazing and I love them, they are exactly what I was asking for, it was just the roughness of Gina that upset me.
