Princess Nails & Spa

I used to love Princess Spa and Nails, but I will NOT be a customer there anymore. The owner refuses to issue refunds when the nails lift or chip prematurely, and they are unwilling to accommodate even loyal customers in good faith. A family member and I have contacted the salon three times, both in person and over the phone, to try to work something out, but they refused to budge. They also lied to me about the owner reaching out, saying that he would call me, but he never did. I got acrylic/builder gel nails several times with no complaints, but my last trip there was very different. I got my nails done on a Saturday, and by the next morning, two of them were lifting. I called a day ahead and scheduled an appointment for 10 am. I get there at 10 am and the salon wasn’t even open. They got there around 10:13 am and then proceeded to tell me “why are you so early”. They then took around 30 minutes to even start doing my nails. I told the lady I want almond nails, she didn’t clean my cuticles and left a white stripe on my nail. Also didn’t clean the back and these don’t reflect anything to the proper way almond nails are supposed to look. What I wanted is the last picture and this is what I got :/ don’t recommend coming here. They even charged me $51

I love a “basic” single-colored gel manicure with my short nails, and they always do an amazing job! Good quality nail polish, and they take their time and give attention to detail. The staff is also soooooo friendly and welcoming. I love coming here! 10/10 recommend.

Went here for the first time today and I took my little sister who had never gotten her nails done. The atmosphere was nice and relaxing. They were super understanding with my sister and me. We both got full acrylic sets and gel pedicures and our nails look amazing (probably the best set of nails I've ever had, and they were pretty fast)!! We're so happy with the results. I would highly recommend and we will be coming back.

If i could zero stars i would. Mui had attitude since she sat me down. She cut me twice with the drill and looked at me with attitude as if I did something wrong. Then when it was time to pay, she rolled her eyes and accused me of not paying on Venmo, and then walked away with more attitude. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!
