Renee is an absolute GEM! She has been doing my 7 y/o hair for the past year and I cannot say enough great things about her to the point my husband now gets his dreads done by Renee, she has become our family hairstylist! She is super friendly with great energy that shows in her work, reliable and most importantly she has “growing hands” her styles come out neat and beautiful every time. Princess Palace Salon as a whole is top tier! It’s in a great location, comfortable setting and clean. Everyone makes you feel like family, the stylist are all talented and very PROFESSIONAL. Princess Palace is the ONLY salon I trust to do my braids! The staff is friendly and professional and Princess' braiding skills are next level. She is literally a styling genius and my hair ALWAYS turns out even better than the inspiration photo! If I could give 10 stars, I would! 🙌🏽✨

I brought my child to let Ms. Kay, and let her hair braid my daughter’s hair. She did an amazing job, she was very personal with her service, and was very nice.

I never usually go out and get anything done to my hair because I usually do my own hair . I set an appointment at 7pm and got here around 6:50 . No one greeted me I heard one mumble “braid down “ . On the styles seat site it says a braid down is around 45 mins no problem. Both stylist have kids in their chair they just started on . No one gave me an estimate on how long or even acknowledged me … I really wanted to give it a chance. I didn’t book an appointment just to sit for almost an hour with no form of communication.
