Just started going here for my eyebrows and henna. You can not beat the prices, and although the shop is quaint, it is big on friendly and professional service.

Great customer service I always get the thread and tint and every time they comes out as expected…….

Went to get my eyebrows done and I naturally have thick eyebrows and the person who worked on my eyebrows was a younger girl who asked before hand did I want a natural arch which confused me when I already have an arch & just needed a clean up. I said okay not thinking too much of it or that the lady was inexperienced but she ended up literally threading off the entire end of my eyebrow and tried to tell me there was a gap when in fact it wasn’t especially after I showed her pictures of my face from beforehand. She then proceeded to try and offer me a free service the next time I came like there would be a next time. Of course I told her that wouldn’t work because there was no next time and my eyebrow is messed up right now.

M.H give me a full leg wax and it was amazing. She talked to me through the whole thing and it was my first time. So I really appreciate her constantly checking up on me to see if the wax was too hot or if it was too much for me. Was a bit hesitant on the underarm but it wasn't as bad as I thought. She gave me a countdown and I took a deep breath and it was really quick. Definitely coming back for full body wax. Also, maybe some threading. We'll see how it goes.
