I would leave zero stars if I could. I called to make an appointment for an acrylic fill. A super easy process for my tech, but apparently impossible for this place. They completely filed off my whole set and midway through that they said “this looks like acrylic not UV gel” and I said “yes I made an appointment for acrylic fill, NOT UV gel” they ended up just destroying my full set ($70 worth of work, gone) so I left. Unbelievable.

She does such a great job every time a service is completed. I come to Connecticut from New York because she hasn’t disappointed me. Her customer service and work says it all. These are my natural nails and they grew so much from gel x. Muchas gracias ❤️
