Pristine Nails and Spa at Millenia

My actual nail tech was pleasant, but the actual service is self sucked the very next day. The polish was literally peeling off. I had clump's in it like they use old dried up nail polish will I ever return again absolutely not. It was $65. I paid for my toes and my hands and I would never go back again. I’m literally on my way to a different nail salon to get them replaced and fixed as we speak and it’s only been 48 hours

Loved my mani and pedi. Will definitely go again. I went simple this time because my cuticles needed attention. I'm happy with my results. Also the prices were very reasonable.

Today was my first time visiting. I’m so glad that I did. I was a walk-in and I was taking immediately. The environment was very clean and upscale. Plenty of people working and she did an incredibly wonderful job. Very happy and I will return.

I chose Pristine Nails & Spa at Millenia based on its high reviews, but my experience was disappointing. I asked for Gel-X nails and mentioned I was in a hurry, yet a beginner / intermediate technician was assigned without any notice. The service took almost two hours, and the nails came out uneven, curved, with excess gel. I stayed patient and even tipped the technician for his effort, but paying $65 for this result was not reasonable. Management should communicate technician experience better. My advice: ask who will be doing your nails before starting.
