I purchased a Groupon for a 30-minute massage and relaxation facial and it turned out to be one of the best self-care decisions I’ve made. Cynthia is a truly amazing , knowledgeable, professional, and gifted with a magical touch. I felt completely comfortable and deeply relaxed the entire time. I loved it so much that I ended up purchasing a package on sale before I left. Highly recommend!

I couldn’t be happier with the services I received at Prive Salon from Cynthia. She gives an outstanding facial and is very kind and friendly. From start to finish, she was professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to delivering a top-notch experience. She went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations in every way. It’s rare to find a service that combines quality, efficiency, and excellent customer care — but she nailed it. I will definitely be going back and highly recommend Prive and Cynthia!

The worst experince I ever had with a skin care salon! Beware this place as they will advertise on groupon then when you call they ask you to come and pay the special at the salom not to loose the 30 or 40% groupon charges them...then after that I also paped them directly thier adverstided special for $159 fod 3 facials and at 11.30 pm cynthia text me in a very rude way out of no where at 11 pm at night on Monday just canceling and refunding all my money ....this is really crazy after she was very sweet and I made even an appointment for my mom's birthday and paid for it she just text to cancel and saying I need to pay full price if I want to get pampered althought she was the one offering me all the specials and made sure I paid them directly away from groupon....there is something fishy

Cynthia was amazing. I had called last minute to see if I could get in any time between then and the following day and explained my situation. She assured me she would look at the schedule to figure something out and call me back and she did. I was so grateful, when I went to the appointment the next day I realizes she went in an hour early to fit me in. She was very friendly and did an amazing job. She informed me of other services that I would benefit from after I expressed some of my concerns. I signed up to get a special offer she had informed me about before leaving. She did an amazing job and I can't wait to continue getting skin care services from her. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for professional skin care services.

Cynthia was very knowledgeable and offered solutions for my face. She was understanding as I was late! Such a sweet heart and I will see you next week! Easy scheduling and in a convenient area from my house. Loved it! 🥰
