I'm a usual customer at the store because they have the lashes that I like. Normally when I go the Asian lady is at the register and I have no issues with my experience, However today being nov.12. 25 I entered the store and at the register was a Hispanic curly hair older lady and very young Hispanic lady with thick glasses working on the floor in front of the register. As soon as they saw me the lady at the register had a sour puss salty unpleasant look on her face. And the younger lady quickly darted right beside me to pretend she was fixing something....being that the lashes were placed near the entrance they assumed that because I am brown skin that would steal. I grabbed what I needed payed and left ..soon as I'm walking out the girl pretending to fix something near the door way all

They had a large selection of hair to choose from for braiding. I was happy to find a pink/purple combo.

2nd time they have OVERCHARGED ME!!! and refuse to accept their mistake. This time $50 overcharge ringing me up 8 times for the same item. checked the receipt as i got home, went back to store with all items and receipt and still refused to refund me the overcharge. DO NOT SHOP here. in addition they follow you around and hurry you to buy, there is no room to breathe.

Really great selection of hair products and wigs, perfect for quick and stylish hairstyles. The store is clean, well-organized, and the service is professional. I’d definitely recommend it and will be returning for more hair products!
