My son force me to come here, but in every case they do a great job, as he is very picky this is the only place he want to go. I like the idea that most times when I bring him, I can wait in the car and their fast service gets him in and out in record time with still giving a great looking cut. Thanks guys.

Rob has always been a true professional and an excellent barber. I've been going to him nearly 20yrs and have never been disappointed. It's always good to get a cut when I come back home from overseas

The best A++ barbers and affordable cuts in valdosta everybody else round town charging 25 or better even for kids come here for $15 or $20 to 25 depnding on what design you getting Rob Base is my personal barber and he been holding the city down for years.

Friendly guys and they good at what they do. But the shop is scheduled to open at 9am and no one is never here by 9am. This is my second week,coming on a Friday around 830am and it’s now 945!!! 😡😡😡 no one is never here on time. Just to share some personal insight if the opener can’t be here at 9am,have someone else that will open up instead. I’m sure their is an dedicated employee that’s welling to go above and beyond for management. If not atleast setup the voicemail “to let customers know” or have great customer service and have all calls forwarded to personal cellphone to advise customers of what’s going on. This is really inconvenience.. Some customers have important events or Interviews to get polished for.

Before Pandemic this was where I took my kids. Though not wheelchair accessible they went above to accommodated my brother in his wheelchair. Since then this place has been such a disappointment. Twice we made appointments and when we showed up no one was answering not did they show up! Very unprofessional and disappointing. I'm a huge supporter of small business and local owned but I doubt very much they will get anymore business from me. And I will not recommend them from shear fear of being embarrassed.
