I experienced my 1st #Chi #massagetherapy session today. I've suffered from a herniated disc & #sciatica the past 4 years of which the past 1.5 years has gotten progressively worse, even with therapy/exercise. I explained my concerns to Harry and how I'd prefer a more therapeutic and holistic approach to managing/eliminating my pain over poisoning my body with Rx that do NOTHING to solve the underlying problems. Ill be damned if immediately following our session, I felt genuine relief, could painlessly swing my legs off the table, and remain pain-free as of this post.
