Customer Reviews
This was the worst experience at a nail shop. I went to get a gel polish with a pedicure and thought no one could mess up something so simple. My toes and nails look awful. During the pedicure while cutting my cuticles he cut me and I’m still bleeding as I type this. He asked if I wanted my cuticles on my nails done but I told him just a gel polish. You have to remember he just punctured my toe. While painting my nails he did not use a tool to clean up excess nail polish he used his finger so when he finished which I was surprised I told him this does not look good and told him what needed to be cleaned up etc. He goes on to say that’s because you didn’t do your cuticles. Like no this is awful he couldn’t even shape my nail correctly. I would not recommend.
Poor service for the price the male nail tech charged me. My nails were poorly shaped, the gel was painted on very messy, the gel was not properly cured (dried), the pedicure was painted messy as well. I do not recommend this nail salon, unless you are getting services from the lady tech. I observed her work with another client and her nails were beautiful and she has a great personality. I do recommend booking with her.
Came here needing a simple gel polish change on my nails and change on my toes. I saw the reviews and figured well they shouldn’t be busy and who can honestly mess up a polish change? I was wrong! The polish came out bumpy and wasn’t smooth I’m assuming due to being old. Most nail techs will add a little acetone to smooth it out but she never did. The painting was sloppily done and she was annoyed when I mentioned how bumpy it was. I also noticed how unsanitary their stations are. They do use the pexi glass separators but that’s it. No cleaning in between clients, no liners for the pedicure tubs. I will not be back and should’ve taken more heed to the reviews. My normal shop is in Ladue, I will never go anywhere else even if it’s for convenience. Waist of money!
Poor service, they aren't clean at all. During my pedicure i didnt see not one bubble. The products used he barely had any left in the bottle. Then i got a fill in that was $15 but was charged $30 she continued asking if i wanted diamonds and chrome and such and such and i stated i didnt want nothing but clear. After getting a fill- in and pedicure my total was way more then expected and she told me its because all shops charge more since covid. Now how is it that your concerned with charging more for covid but use the same tools without cleaning them from customer to customer. After doing my feet he only but rinsed the bowl with water. I would not recommend this nail shop to anyone. They try to take these pictures for instagram and im not no hater yes some of her nails look cute but the p
Leaving a review to let others know how unprofessional the workers/owners are. The male greeted me and asked what service I needed. I said a soak off / manicure without polish and asked him the price. He got loud and said wait. He went back to speak to a female. She kept saying only manicure, while talking to him in the back. The female came out to speak to me about the service eating a bowl of whatever smacking her lips in my face wearing dirty slippers. I told her I just wanted to get a soak off and a manicure without polish. She stated $10 for a soak off but then tried to convince me to get a gel manicure. I said I only needed a soak off and manicure. She then stated ok $35. I decided to just walked out. I only stopped here because I figured a soak off and basic manicure would be simple
