Pro Nail Spa

I have been going to Pro Nails Spa for about a year, always out of convenience because it is close to my house. Every month I do a pedicure and an acrylic manicure with gel polish, always spending between $100 and $120, and I have always paid full price without ever complaining about anything. This last visit, however, was extremely disappointing. They have new staff now, and I was assigned to someone I had never seen before. The pedicure was fine, but the manicure was poorly done — the nails were thick, uneven, and badly shaped. I was also the last customer of the day, and they were already closing, so I chose not to say anything at that moment out of respect for their time. I thought it would be more polite and fair to call the next morning and give them the chance to fix the service p

Bad service first time going nail tech I had I ask her to make my nails thicker on tips she got upset and started man handling my hands so I ask for the owner he ignored me and sent someone else to finish my nails NEVER WILL BE GOING BACK should of believed the comments I read before going. SMFH keep going there are more nail shops near don’t waste your TIME & MONEY

So I was in town for the Jezzy concert and I NEEDED a mani and Pedi. If course I was anxious and hesitant to go to an unknown place for service but let me tell yall...it was the best experience I've ever had. The guy doing my toes put me to sleep with the massage in which I told him to switch professions and my Pedi is beautiful.y nail tech Tim was quick gentle and proficient with his service and went above and beyond to give great customer service to me. Thanks guys. See y'all in 2 weeks.

Tim always does a great job on my nails as I am always challenging his creativity to master some crazy design I find online and he executes it every time!!!

I absolutely love this nail shop!!!!.. not only are the quick but the service is beyond great!! I will definitely be coming back. Prices are amazing… so if you are looking for an amazing experience and beautiful nails please don’t hesitate to call for an appointment, heck I seen people walk in and get seen right away!!
