Pro Nail

Went to get a full set and pedicure. Lady on the phone said they offer pink and white powder sets. After they removed my current set the told me in fact they cannot do the nails I’m asking for which upset me I would of went to a more adequate nail salon that provided the services I was inquiring. So I opted for the ombré set they kept asking me to get. Let look so so bad the lady laid the powder on top of my cuticle and my nails looks so big and bulky. I spent $120 for toes and nails and should of went to a more reputable spot. My nails look so embarrassing and I let the technician know she said they were fine. Nope they will be removed Monday

So, I've been living here for a little over a year and a half now and I'm so happy I found this cute, clean, consistent nail boutique (it has an upscale boutique feel). I go to my same favorite nail tech every time for my hands and she had never ever failed me. Her through technique allows her to be consistent each time. I love her. This place is always very accommodating and nice.

Great service. I usually get the Nu plus pedicure and add paraffin (I don't know what it is about that wax, but it is heavenly). I've never had to wait incredibly long to be served, and the nail techs have all done a great job. I cannot remember ever having a chipped nail after leaving here.... my polish is intact until my next pedicure. And they serve wine; that's always a plus! The fact that they stay open late has saved me with last minute prep for events several times. I'd definitely recommend anyone in the midtown area to give this place a try!

Upon visiting Victoria, I decided to have my nails done.....O how very disappointing! I had to state numerous times, more than 3 times....that I did not want a full set, I wanted a Dip service and apparently that irritated the Tech because now my nails look absolutely AWFUL!!!!!! The soaking liquid was ice cold, it dried out my skin...terrible!The corners are sharp, the Dip was only applied twice, when in fact, it's supposed to be applied three times, uneven, bumpy, rough, absolutely AWFUL service! Too thin! There was no oil applied after washing my hands, awful, awful and may I add.... AWFUL!!!!! I will not be back visiting this particular shop! I went into the business one hour before they closed and felt a little guilty because I was wanting a new set of nails and a pedicure. ( I know that’s time consuming ) They happily accepted me. Then half an hour later another customer walked in asking for a full set and a pedicure as well. I thought surely they won’t accept her and do both services right before closing. But they did and they did it with a smile and made her feel just as welcome. They did good work they gave great service I was really impressed with this place. I am definitely coming back.
