I have been going to Natalia for many years, even before she opened her own place. I am always 100% happy with the service. She is incredibly kind, professional, and pays attention to every single detail. My nails always look perfect and are done with such precision and care that people often ask me where I get them done and who I recommend. You can truly see the quality and professionalism in her work. I also absolutely love getting pedicures with Natalia because well cared for feet are important in life. A normal no-chip doesn’t last more than 7 days because it lifts or chips. The way they clean your cuticle and apply the polish so tediously and perfectly gets me through 3 weeks! Worth every penny. Ivanna is my usual girl and she’s so meticulous and does such a great job. Natalia the owner is also so accommodating if i need to change my appt. She even squeezed me in the day I was being induced so I could deliver my baby with fresh nails lol

Once you go here you’ll never go anywhere else. I’ve been a client for years! They are the best and your nails will last 6 weeks. All the girls are so nice and have great customer service! Highly recommend Pro Nails!

Had a really wonderful experience at the salon today. Although I booked the wrong manicure, Natalia the owner helped with changing my appointment type and I was still able to get my nail design. I worked with both Ivanna (manicure) and Anna (pedicure) today. The e-file pedicure was one of the better ones I've had in a while and Ivanna made my nails look beautiful. I will definitely be back. Overall everyone was friendly, and I got the sense that they wanted me to be happy with my services, and I was.
