Jennifer is amazing at her job, pedicuring is great like the waxing. Environment is welcoming as you can get.
I made an appointment four days advance just to experience poor customer service, poor nail work. I went there yesterday and my nails look like this today! Anyway, I explained thoroughly that I just moved here from out of state and I had the gel x as manicure. They soaked my nails, filed it down and gave me a press on nail experience. I went from having stiletto to almond nails and I am truly disgusted by the lack of warmth and unprofessionalism that I received as a new comer and I totally would NEVER recommend this shop to ANYONE! I went there today for the very first time and I loved it!!! Nail techs name was Jackie and she was awesome! Did a wonderful job, I showed her a picture of how I wanted my nails, which was very old school and classic French tip and she did such a good job. I will definitely return! Thanks Jackie!
I had a great experience at this salon! The staff was friendly and professional, and my nails turned out perfect. Shout out to Stephanie for her amazing work and attention to detail!
