Pro Nails

I've been going to this salon for at least 3 years now and have loved it. However, I went ON MY BIRTHDAY just last weekend and from the moment I stepped into the place, I was treated so poorly. First, no one actually greeted me. I was told to go sit in the third chair. Then, the gentleman who was giving me the pedicure told me I couldn't put my feet in the water until it was full. When I did, the water was so hot, I almost yelled out loud in pain. Then, when I was getting the pedicure, the gentleman didn't even really acknowledge me and acted as if I was a huge inconvenience. I started to feel even worse when he was 'massaging' my legs and was rubbing so hard I was in noticeable discomfort. Would not recommend. Typically go to vogue nail spa and they do a great job but unfortunately they were booked so I decided to go to try out this place. Big mistake. Got a pedicure with my girlfriend and they didn’t even place my feet in the water before clipping them which I thought was weird. Her guy didn’t even wear gloves and was answering the phone constantly without washing his hands. When I got home I looked and half my toenails are long on one side. Looks like she only clipped half of them. The salon is old and run down, definitely never going here again. Vogue is new and clean and night and day better for the same price.

I definitely would not recommend this place. The lady that did my eyebrows had a shitty attitude for one thing second of all I know I have 10 eyebrows, but I know it wasn’t missing the middle part of my eyebrow ridiculous and when I went back in, she tried to tell me I can’t see you. Don’t have to worry about me ever coming here for any type of service. Your attitude is terrible. It’s a wonder why your shop was completely empty. I should’ve known better.

The worst salon ever! They will send you emails and text to come in for your birthday to get 10% off but they won’t give you the full 10% her reason was bc she rounds UP. Even in math, when it’s 40 and down you round down and 50 and up then you can round up, but I don’t know any business that “rounds” their prices. They also did my pedicure as of a child did it. My family even made comments how horrible it looked. She painted my skin and Blake’s it on me having “dry skin” after she already did my pedicure? Worst experience ever
