Pro Nails & Hair

This is my favorite place to get my gel nails done in Binghamton! They have excellent attention to detail and offer a great price. My nails always come out so pretty and the owner makes sure you're happy with how it turned out. I won't go anywhere else.

I informed the salon about the unsatisfactory of how the nails look. The woman in booth 10 had a hostile attitude when I asked about shaping it more precisely. She then removed my acrylic nail paint and told me she will not remove the acrylics and left my nails like that while leaving me a partial refund. The nails came up to $120. This is no longer unsatisfactory this is plain disrespect. I will absolutely not be coming back to a place this unprofessional and ridiculous with how they treat customers.

There was no wait, the nail tech did not rush and took her time, there was a very large selection of colors to choose from and my nails look great. I was a 1st time customer and will go back. Since I started at ProNails, Lynn has done an amazing job & now I won't go anywhere else!

I went to Tracy as Pro Nails for the first time ever after having an acquaintance recommend her for having my nails done for my wedding. She was able to make my cuticles look incredibly clean, and shaped my almond tips perfectly to look proportional to my fingers. When I knew I wanted a "natural shade of pink" but was not sure the exact color; she painted several options and let me take my time choosing the final color. Another nail tech came over even to help with my decision which was so sweet; I was so grateful for the help! 10/10 would return to Tracy at Pro Nails again!

I Love Tracy at Pro Hair and Nails! She always does such an amazing job! I’ve been going to her for about a year and a half and every single time, I walk out with the BEST looking nails!! I get so many compliments 🥰
