Pro Nails

"I am writing to express my concerns regarding the sanitation practices and overall service at ProNails. Unfortunately, my experience this past weekend was far from satisfactory, and I feel compelled to share my observations. Upon arrival, the atmosphere seemed acceptable, but I quickly noticed a lack of cleanliness between clients. Both my sister and I were alarmed to see that the nail technician used clippers from the table without sanitizing them before moving on to the next client. My technician did not address my cuticles during my manicure and pedicure, and my sister faced similar issues. Additionally, my sister had to remove her fake nails herself after expressing her concerns about a nail technician dropping a nail on the floor and then reapplying it without proper sanitation. Du

My daughter and I was the only 2 in the shop we both got pedicures. Mine was VERY rushed and didn’t even do everything included in a pedicure then when I accidentally smudged a toe and asked him to fix it he just said “No”! One nail on my set came off after a week and the polish is fading I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LAZY SHOP! $115 wasted!!!!

My teen had artificial nails on that she couldn't get off without hurting her real nail. The guy that works here was so nice in helping her get the nails and glue off.

super nice nail tech (jack) pretty color and great service 40$ for fill and 3 new tips update yall so when I went there, I got three new tips and all of them have came off multiple times so i keep having to glue them back on :( super nice people tho.
