Pro Nails

I went in a couple of weeks ago to get my nails done @Pro Nails in Phoenixville, PA near The Ross Clothing store so I mentioned that I needed my nails to be cut down and round as the lady was doing it she messed up two of my nails so I mentioned it to her, she acted like she did not understand but said something about me to her colleagues in their language and they all started laughing. The boss comes over 5 minutes later and tells me to come to her chair, she grabs my hand roughly more than once so I continue to jump and she tells me that I have to stop doing that then asks that I pay before my nails are complete so I do as she asks. I ask for a green nail polish so she polishes four of my nails then asks why I choice that color because it does not look right on my skin so I ask ask if

I switched my previous nail place & decided to give this salon a try. I have only been here three or four times so far but each time I’m never disappointed. I love my nails & how they take the time to create the look you’re trying to achieve! This is & will be my new nail spot from now on. I definitely recommend them. I will be trying their other services soon as well.

I was in the area and haven’t had my nails done in a while! The ladies squeezed me in and were sooo kind! They did an absolutely amazing job on my full set! Very affordable! I will definitely be coming back but scheduling an appointment first so I don’t put the pressure on these ladies!

WORST PLACE EVER! As I walked in the front lady just asked what I wanted. I picked regular not gel then I picked my color, the table where I sit had someone else coffee and they didn’t clean it. I asked for wax and they just kind of tell you the price according to what you look as the price they gave me is different than what they had on the wall. I didn’t do wax as the lady that was doing my nails she said JUST PAY for what your doing which It was RUDE!- then she painted my nails with the worst actitud, and did a HORRIBLE JOB I do not recommend this place at all and I didn’t want to ask them to fix it for the HORRIBLE actitud! Worst nails place I ever been at.

Lynn you’re so sweet for taking me last minute. Thank you for a much-needed manicure. I absolutely love my 🍒 RED nail polish. You’re definitely my new goto girl now plus your conveniently located close to where I live and easy parking and i’m gonna say it b/c it is true …. extremely reasonable prices in Phoenixville as to others in this location. I have become quite a nail snob since having to leave my wonderful salon in Bala-Cynwyd. It was just too far. Anybody that is looking for eyebrows and nails I would definitely recommend them at pro nails.
