Pro Nails

The guy who did my nails was very rude. He did my nails pretty thick and fat. I told him I didn’t like it and he got mad. Basically told me that I was wasting his time. And blamed me for not asked him to change my shape sooner. A very nice Nail Tech went on to fix my nails. Which is the only reason I’m giving two stars if it wasn’t for that, I would give one. These two pictures are the before, and after. I was literally in the salon till around 8:20 PM and I got there at 4:20pm. Even after I moved away from the male Nail Tech, he still was going back-and-forth with me. I literally had to tell him to leave me alone and stop talking to me. I wouldn’t say the whole salon is bad but that experience definitely was not a good first impression!

I drove from Charlotte to come here & it was definitely worth the 2.5 hour drive! Everyone was so nice, the atmosphere was extremely calm and clean, and my services were completed by Tom! He was super sweet and we had great conversations! They bought the business two years ago, and have been flourishing since! So if you’re looking for a new nail home, DEFINITELY COME HERE!!!

Being new to an area and needing your nails done can be stressful. I’m so glad I chose Pro Nails. I made an appointment on a Saturday with no problems. I had the pleasure of sitting with Tim. When I tell you he went above and beyond on my nails, it’s the absolute truth. I’m visiting here for the next 6 months, me and Tim will be in a committed nail relationship😭 Although I observed every single customer in the salon happy with their services, you could book with anyone at the establishment and be pleased. I highly recommend Pro Nails. I’m looking forward to the next 6 months of beautiful nails 💅🏼

Came in as a walk In from out of town, sat down w full service from Tom. Everyone was very welcoming too! Gave me what I wanted for my mani pedi and treated me to some wine !!! They offer that, water, beer all kinds of refreshments. Atmosphere was calm and refreshing. He worked with me and my indecisiveness ever so calmly and respected my decisions on my nails. Much appreciated and will return when I come to town! Check them out, he says they just remodeled!!

My first time here and Tom did my pedicure! I came in with my toes looking horrible. He was wonderful. Gave me a nice foot massage and my toes came out beautiful . For sure foming back
