I love Thi. She is the best! I have my nails done every five weeks. I come in with a different design every time and she always goes above and beyond to create it and satisfy me. I have never been disappointed. She takes good care of my nails, which are my own. I am a waitress and the appearance of my hands is so important to me. I receive so many compliments on my nails. I thank them and refer them to Thi.

I went in for a refill I use to go to a lady that worked there named Nancy for gel mani pedi she was excellent . not knowing she no longer worked there some other lady took me , when she was done I told her I didn’t like my nails because they looked a HOT MESS . Another lady came over like why don’t you like them ? I asked the other lady if she could fix my nails and she kept whispering to me that she couldn’t because they had appointments , so they sent me on my way telling me I don’t have to pay which I didn’t plan to for that job I just asked for plain white square nails . I told her I didn’t like the way she shaped my nails and she told me I came with that shape which I DID NOT , I ended leaving and getting my nails fixed . Terrible customer service , waste of your time and money don

I don’t normally leave reviews and this place is usually my go too, but these past few gel pedicures I’ve gotten, I noticed this one woman always uses a drill to remove it while everyone else has just soaked them off me. This resulted in my nails being so thin that they broke. My toe nails are naturally thick so the fact that they are paper thin leaves me to never wanting to come back here again sadly.

Pro nails never disappoints! I have been coming here for years now and the workers are always friendly. They take their time and make sure my nails come out perfect and if they are ever stumped they ask their colleagues so that I never leave unsatisfied. It’s no wonder they have been voted the best in Revere for over a decade now.

I love it here! Excellent prices. Excellent work. I had my nails on for a month without a refill! No chipping no broken nails!! Always been perfect n mind u I do regular acrylic not gel! Wont even go anywhere else! Thanks THI🥰
