Pro Nails Salon

I usually love going here but since I’ve been away at college, this place has gotten HORRIBLE! Nancy was rude as all gets out! I sat in her chair for 2 HOURS getting my nails done because whatever she was doing on her phone was more important than my nails. My nails have never been this thick or unsymmetrical. She made me bleed twice. I didn't even want to get my eyebrows done because it was so bad. Never going back! Update: It has now been a week since I got my nails done and they are FULLY grown out! I’ve never needed a refill after only a week! The Nancy is horrible. And if you get a pedicure, get the older lady to do it. She’s the only one I’ll allow to touch my feet and never disappoints!

Nancy normally does a great job… but after today I won’t be returning. My nails look awful and I told her I didn’t like them. She refused to fix them. I will not go back again.

Nancy it the best even though her life had changed alot that she can't be at the salon when you need her. Her work is amazing. Been going to her for 10 years and love her. Chi does my feet and I love it 😀

They do a good job on my nails. I would consider coming consistently if I did not always have to wait so long. There is rarely more than 1 or 2 people working. On a Saturday morning expect to be there over an hour more than you should, even if you call ahead or make an appointment.

I would NOT recommend. Went in at 12:15 did not leave until 3:30. I really had patience today. Only two workers and only one could do nails. The pedicure was rushed because they had people waiting. Another worker did not come in until 4. Lil ling ling had an attitude soon as she got there. Should respect that people even waited around.
