Pro Nails & Skin Care

To be fair. Price here is affordable & they were able to finish their task but.. Just noting that I should not come back here because 1. She ruined my nails that I’ve been trying to grow. Lack of technique. 2. Not comfortable with an older man working in my feet 3. Stopping my service mid way to work on a Vietnamese lady that just came in 4. Did not disclose additional charges 5. Facility is not clean But if you can stand all of these given the affordability, it’s ok to come here.

Vy is absolutely amazing, a diamond…she always does exactly as I ask, and her co workers are amazing as well, never had a problem here. And I’ve cheated on them a couple of times, and always come back

Never in my life have I been asked to pay before a service has been rendered. The lady began to file my nails then suddenly stops and says pay now. I said why do I have to pay now a lady literally just paid for her nails after you completed the job. However she wasn’t heavy melanated like me . She said she was having me pay first because my nails are going to be wet . She also said regular nail polish takes 2days to dry . I was so baffled I just refused the service and told her I’ll just pay for my toes which were being finished. She told me 25 dollars I said “25 dollars for toe polish ?? She corrects herself and says I mean 20 which leads me to assume she was trying to incorporate her tip because she felt like I wasn’t going to tip since I was no longer getting my nails done. I had a nail emergency and Trang came to help me! She was able to accommodate me very last minute in the morning, which I truly appreciated. Not only was she incredibly accommodating, but she also did an amazing job on my ombré nails. They look perfect! Trang is truly talented and I highly recommend her.
