Pro Nails Spa

The guy Chris was rude cussing at me because he messed my nails up. I paid $160 for two pedi and a full set and nails are short as hell. Looks like Walmart press on nails. He was mad of how many times he had to use the nail polish she said only two times I will never come back here. My nails looks like they need a fill n looks like kids nails . Than going be disrespectful cause nobody wanna pay 15$ five times for gel .. I’m kool he rude when I told him stop disrespecting me or my husband will handle the issues he wanna talk in his language.. I told him I work hard for my money and he said so what

I had the pleasure of seeing Dawn last night here at Pro Nail spa. She did the best job I think I've ever had on my nails in the city. I got a cat eye nail polish gel, it turned out so beautifully, she was so wonderful, fun to talk to and lighthearted with conversation. I will return to her every month now, and there's no doubt about it. Thank you so much Dawn you deserve every good word I have to say about you and so much more.

The owner is VERY RUDE, he over charged me for a fill $64 I mean come on now . I’m not sure how this place is still opened , they need a health inspector in there ASAP. It’s dirty , he doesn’t wash his hands ever after eating , I asked him to please wash your hands you used your hands to eat he said no I’m ok , I said I’m not yuck . Disgusting . The women in there are ok much friendlier than the man who is the owner goes by Chris. Please don’t waste your time or hard earned money here . Shame on you !

I got a pedicure and asked to fix my toe nails she didn’t even cut them only filed didn’t rub my feet at all only applied scrub and lotion and rubbed it on rinsed it off then she cut my foot and when I told her she said she didn’t know I had that as if I already had it when I came in which I didn’t it was freshly bleeding!! Terrible service

Entire gel nail fell off in one piece the same day, went back the next day and they fixed it for free. Nails ended up looking this after a few days. Gel did not even last 5 days.
