PRO Nails & Spa

I have tried several nail salons in Cookeville. The manicure I had done at Pro Nails has lasted longer than any manicure I have had before. I went back to this salon again today. Jack and Tony both did great work. Everyone who works there is polite and welcoming. The Cat Eye manicure is so pretty. I saw two other women with more intricate artistic nail designs, and they did a beautiful job with them as well. Highly recommend.

First off, nobody can speak any english whatsoever so communication is out the window here. I think the only two people worth seeing without a painful experience, is the two American girls there and they're by appt only. DO NOT SEE JACK... He doesn't know what hes doing and he hurts the nail bed. I don't think anyone has a license here. When you walk in somewhere, you should be greeted with kindness, not yelled at in a foreign language and the rudeness that follows. They need better management, someone who can speak english and take better care of their customers. I wouldn't give this place a star but you have to so you can leave a review. The owner Cheri tries to be in every techs business and is very rude. Like I said, dont waste your time here. Youd be better off doing your own press on

Jack and Cherry are amazing. The entire service was phenomenal. All of the staff is so friendly and the building is so clean. The design work is fantastic, I couldn’t ask for a better place!

Absolutely the best nail salon in town! Been going here for over a year and never had a bad experience. My nails never lift even 4 weeks after. Everyone is very friendly. Highly recommended!
