Pro Nails - Spa

I am highly disturbed! I’ve been going to this place since moving to Goldsboro and the last visit I thought was just a bad day possibly but today confirmed I will not be back. Not only did the tech get none of the dead skin off my feet she must’ve misunderstood the assignment and instead took the hair completely off my eye brow. I have Microblading and following my shape isn’t rocket science. She completely took the end of my eyebrow off. Doubt that’s going to grow back at all! $96 dollars down the drain along with my eyebrow!

I was very impressed with the service and friendly staff. I will definitely be back. My daughter was also highly impressed with her nails. It makes great quality time for us to be able to go and get this done together.

Ivy has done my nails for 3years now. I followed her from Pro to Diamond, then back to Pro. I knew nothing about liquid gel but she taught me that was the healthiest way to keep my nails from being damaged. She works fast, she’s professional, friendly and attentive. Her prices are great, she is the absolute best!

Very impressed!! I’m not sure what his name was but I love that he took time to find the colors I wanted. He stayed focused the whole session to make sure I was satisfied with how my nails turned out!! He also surprised me by showing me that he chose glow in the dark dip powder which I have to say is freakin COOL!! This will be my Nail Salon from now on!!
