Was out eating and stop by to just get a quick eye brow and lip wax. Never been here before and has never had issues with my lip bubbling before. I told the lady my skin was sensitive and that I get red to let her know so she can be more gentle but, she was very rough and picked at my skin with tweezers. Trying to rush and then when she did my lip she pulled really hard and it hurt. The lip area is always more sensitive. I looked when I went to the car and saw my lip was bubbled and it has never done that before anywhere I have gone before. I went back inside to talk to them and then they were trying to argue with me on how much to refund me and also tried to offer me a gift card instead. Why would I want a gift card after this. Over $23 and I tipped like if you can’t refund someone $23 fo

Well I have been going To jenny for like 10 years now she’s not only a nail technician, but I consider her a friend we talk,we laugh,We’ve cried When I needed it. I will never go to any other place other than Pro Q Nails. I always told Jenny you know why I am here and she would say on cue cause you need to feel pretty and feel better and I said hell yeah sure enough by the time I left I felt prettier and mentally I was better. It’d be silly to think it was just cause of the nails. She is a phenomenal woman, strong resilient, and so empathetic to everybody else’s problems. I don’t think anybody could get a better review than this one cause not only do I complement her excellent work but more than that I compliment the person she is.
