Have gone here several times and was given a dirty bed. I tried calling, emailing and messaged through Facebook requesting to speak to a manager and got no response. Pretty dissatisfied since I spent extra on higher packages. The dirty bed incident happened in May, and got no response until late July. When I called back - no manager available. I got several phone calls in October but it’s already been 5 months. Never going back.

Every time I go to Pro Tan it is always clean and I never a wait to get a tan. A special shout out to Jillian who was very professional and kind to let me tan so close to closing time. I also like the new extended hours they are now staying open. 👍

Total scam! Run! We canceled 2 years ago after a billing issue. We basically had a debit card expire when we were going infrequently and by the time we realized it had been another month and we just canceled. Went through their process, paid for a month we didn't even use, and just got out of the deal. Today we tried to sign up for the top level membership.and they straight up tried to scam money out of us. They claimed we owed $256 EACH for unpaid memberships from 2 years ago. They very quickly dropped this to $87 each, and then finally tried one $87 charge is we bought some lotions from them. What kind of scam is this!?!?! If we don't pay, you get no money. That's easy. If you don't let us sign back up, you get no money. Make sense? We settled with your manager 2 years ago

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!! CORRUPT!!!!! I’ve been charged over $1000 by them since the summer of 2022!!!!! I moved to California & I have canceled this company TWICE now!!!!! They even sent me an email to have me fill out! The owner is insanely corrupt!!!!! I had to finally just get a new card because of them!!!!!
