Pro Tanning & Nails

Came here Monday with my mom to get our nails done for my baby shower which is this Saturday. I spent $110 only for my nails to break on the third day, went back to get them fixed Thursday and two more broken off today (Friday). A couple more are starting to fall off and I haven’t even had my nails on for a whole week yet. I’ve wasted my money and will NOT be coming back. The owner seems to try and get more money out of you by saying an extra $10 for tips. Don’t go here unless you want to waste your money.

So I used to really like this salon and would always go to Tammy who either owns it or manages it. However the last few times I've been disappointed. A few things bother me. There's only 1 person who can do brows/lashes (Tammy) and if she's doing your nails she has to keep getting up while doing your nails to do brow walk-ins so you're sitting waiting. She's also the only 1 that takes payment so she has to stop to do that as well. Which often makes her so preoccupied with other things that the quality of your service suffers. Problem is no one else in the salon has ever done a good job but her. Another thing is that they aren't current in styles and new looks/designs. Every time I go, it's just "choose your color" but it's been the same options for years, so they've become boring and basic

It was ok, me and my mom went here just to try it out. My mom got a pedicure and she only waited 10mins for them to seat her, I was a getting a full set of acrylics and it look about 20 mins for me to be seated. I had a photo reference that I showed the people but never cared to ask how much it was, but there were only 2 mail techs there and it took them around 2 hours to do my nails and like 2 and 30 mins to do my mom’s pedicure. Although it took a while, they were very friendly and charismatic, and I feel like my nail tech really tried his best to follow the photo reference. I love the way my nails turned out but the price is a little much, my ails ended up being $85! (I did get gel) but I didn’t think it would be so much because I called ahead of time and they told me it would be $40 fo

Moved to the area, came here twice now. First experience my boyfriend and I showed up within an hour of closing for 2 pedicures & a dip set for me. They were happy to have us despite being so late and NAILED it. (See what I did there?) lol anyway.. the second time I came with a photo & I believe I had Tammy? But I’m obsessed. My little girl (4 years old) came this time with me and had a gel manicure.. they were so polite and patient and nice to her ugh they’re amazing.

Stay away!!!!they don't know what means a good customer service, except for the two Youngest guys who are very nice, the rest don't know what they doing always in a rush . Also the Spa need to be cleaned up. Manicure gel polish don't last like they supposed to they mix they're polishes with acetone or something because after expand $50 just on manicure the polish lift up in 4 days, the wax they used for the face, eyebrow leave the skin very irritate, my conclusion is they use very cheap quality products. Without say anything about that hygiene in the local, floors, walls really dirty if you look around. The spa nails should be the last place to be Dirty at first look.
