I’ve been going here since I was 13 and I am now 19. I went and told her exactly how and what I wanted for my eyebrows. Not to mention I’ve been growing them out for years and she took all my progress off. Left me with uneven horrible results. Now I have to wait MONTHS for them to grow back. I don’t recommend ever coming here for your eyebrows.

I've given this place four chances. They don't honor appointments, the customer service is horrible, and they don't even do a great job. Thirty minutes past my appointment, I saw several people walk out. I liked the location in Forney, but she's never home. I'm going to try one of the other two locations, and then it's back to Unique Brows in Irving which is more expensive, but they have great customer service and do an excellent job.
