Professional Hairstyling

Ron Roberts is and has always been the best hairdresser ever! (He likes to say he's a barber) He has done my hair since I was 23 and I'm 73 now! He has a great personality and has you laughing most of the time. It's a great comfortable place.

This is where you go to get a top-notch haircut! I have been going to Professional Hairstyling since its opening, and Randy Cunningham has been my barber for my whole life. I wholeheartedly give this business a full 5 stars for professionalism, courteousness, and a friendly atmosphere.

I really hate to rate a place based on one person, but even the professional employees have no idea what's going on with her 1/2 the time. My first experience with Chaize Baylor was very positive. Fell inlove immediately, her skill, and professionalism while you are in the chair is 100% on point. However, her regular habit of no call no shows to scheduled appointments is not only unprofessional as a professional, but a strong reflection of the business she is representing as a whole. My final straw was showing up to my last appointment for my grandmother's funeral, no call no show, won't answer phone, won't even do any behavior fitting of a professional adult. Ended up walking away, and have found someone who clearly wants my business, but I would be remiss not to share my experiences so

So, I had previously gotten in, as a walk up with the nice lady that cuts in the very back of the shop. I was due for another hair cut, and figured I should make an advance appointment. I own a retail store just a few spaces down in the same shopping center, so I walked in to make the appointment. There was a man cutting someone's hair in the closest space to the front door, and another guy at the back left, with his back to me, standing up, when I walked in. Neither of the guys acknowledged I was standing there, though BOTH made eye contact. Not even a "Hello", nod, nada! I understand the guy cutting hair is focusing on his current appointment, but the hippie lookin dude, was standing up and texting on his phone. The name says it all. These are independent, individual stylists that have spent years, decades. honing their skill in the trade. If you want a consistent look time and again, and are not opposed to paying a little more for the privilege, this is where you want to go.
