I have been going to the Prospect Heights Eastern BK spa for the past two years. The atmosphere is calm, kind, and lively. Whenever I leave a full body massage appointment, I feel like I can breathe again—like I’m walking on a cloud. The massage therapists are strong and receptive to addressing specific parts of the body. This new location is beautiful and I couldn’t recommend it enough. There are many rooms, so it is possible to book appointments for your whole friend group! Today, 5 of my friends and I booked massages at the same time and will definitely be coming back. Excellent customer service and excellent massages.

Best deep tissue massage I’ve ever had. Went in with knots and tension and I left without pain. Euky was a mind reader. It was also clean and staff was friendly.

Just experienced my first massage here today on this wonderful blizzard and it was absolutely amazing. The masseuse did so great job she took her time.much worth it !!! I will be returning

Massage is quite solid for the price, but the atmosphere makes it hard to relax - the staff are loud and yelling, you hear everyone coming in and out, alarms and phones are beeping everywhere.
