I had a terrible experience at Pro Top Nails. This was my second visit and my first visit was ok only because they were doing a full in. This time I requested a removal and to do a full site along with pedicure. I asked for my nails to be done a specific way, and the result was unacceptable. When I calmly asked for it to be fixed not removed, not discounted the staff became upset. Several technicians then began speaking negatively about me in Vietnamese while I was still there, which was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. Always put your phone on translate you’ll be surprised what you hear! I still paid over $120 for nail services, a pedicure, and waxing. I did not refuse to pay or ask for a refund. I understand that the salon may have a busy clientele, but that’s no excuse to rush through my service. I requested a full set with French tips. No offense to the technician, but it felt rushed—my hands were left with several hangnails. I asked for a higher curve on the French tip and was told it would cost extra, which I was completely fine with. However, instead of giving me the curved French tip I requested, she just added lines on the sides, which wasn’t what I wanted.

Service has declined over the last two years. Nail techs ignore your request and pretend to not understand when you speak up. Prices change every visit (2-3weeks). I will say there are a few techs who are consistent but they usually have their regulars scheduled. Will not be returning after the new year too many bad experiences.

Right as I walked in they had an attitude. They didn’t do all the services I asked for and completely ruined my s&s nails. It is all over my cuticles and glue is still on my skin. The French tip is not define and the shape is very bad and bumpy. I went back the next day because they said I could and they seated me down. The lady that did my nails the day before looked at me and rolled her eyes right after I sat down, she started going slower and kept on giving me the side eye. Then I asked if they could hurry up because I had to go and they wasted all my time and she gave me a big attitude and almost yelling said that I had made an appointment earlier but I had called and told them I would be coming later which they agreed to. If I could give 0 stars I would’ve!! After 2 years of NOT going to the nail salon, I messed up and chose this one to be my first attempt. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! The first negative was the employees child whining and running through the salon. A nail salon is supposed to be a place to relaxed and be pampered. Second negative was there lady doing the gel overlay on my nails. She obviously doesn’t take constructive criticism well and caught an attitude when I told her my nails were CROOKED!! Final negative was that none of the colors on the mannequin hands matched what was in the coordinating bottles! Spent $100 to drive down the street and pay to get these ugly M&M’s off my finger tips!!! NEVER WILL RETURN!!! Should’ve read the reviews in the parking lot!!
