had such a fantastic experience at Pure Organic Spa! I have been to many salons and PURE is by far the best I have ever tried. I booked an appointment for a leg wax and a pedicure, and both technicians went above and beyond. Teanna did my leg wax and was a total pro. she was so friendly during the service and happy to answer any questions I had, leaving me with great results too. Alyssa was my pedicurist, and she was equally amazing! The whole experience with her was very relaxed and friendly. Sometimes appointments like this can feel a bit hurried, but I didn't feel rushed at all. The team made me feel totally welcome and taken care of. It’s an easy 5 stars from me, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

I purchased a $300 gift card as a Xmas gift. Unfortunately it was misplaced. On contacting the Spa and providing proof of purchase (see attached) we were advised by Taylor there was nothing they could do for us. Basically, your SOL. This is not how you keep customers and not how gain new ones. $300.00 is not chump change. There are lots of other Spas in the area. If the Spa would like to reach out and resolve our complaint that would the proper way of handling customer complaints not via texting! YOURS TRULY, DAVID BROWN.

Pure offers so many amazing services! I’ve gone to see Erin for a massage and facial and she is so amazing I can’t recommend her enough. So kind, knowledgeable, and knows how to pamper her clients. Will definitely be going back to see her!☺️

I have had Erin for both massages and facials, she is an absolute delight every single time I have been at Pure. The lovely ladies at the desk are also very kind and polite every time you are there. I have not and will not go to any other Spa.

I can speak highly enough of the service I received today. Great atmosphere and beautiful decor. 10/10 Thank you Maddy for a great morning with Spa Manicure, Spa Pedicure and my first ever (and absolutely amazing) Vita-Skin Facial. I will definitely be back for another one! Thank you so much Erin for the massage to finish up my afternoon. A big thank you to all the staff! You are a wonderful team.
