From the moment you walk in, the experience feels thoughtful—being offered water, tea, or wine is such a nice touch. Emily T. is incredibly talented and has a warm, easygoing personality that makes you feel instantly comfortable. She takes the time to listen and understand exactly what you’re hoping to achieve, and then talks through the best way to get there. I’m always impressed by how efficient she is as well—services that used to take me over three hours at other salons are done in roughly half the time with her (for reference, I have fine, shoulder-length hair and get partial highlights with a cut). I really appreciate that the salon uses Aveda products. Every time I leave, I feel confident, refreshed, and genuinely my best.

Emily is absolutely amazing. I have such bad hair anxiety and she put all of my worries at ease. I have seen her for multiple hair cuts and most recently for a color service and again, absolutely amazing. I will be back 🤍

I had a very bad experience at this salon. I did not like elements of the short cut I received and when I communicated this to stylist she got defensive and tried to insist that it was a great haircut. To be fair the owner did not charge me despite me insisting that I would feel better paying. Now back home and we are cracking up at how bad it is. One side is cut at an angle with a pointy sideburn and the other side is cut round over ear with a square bushy sideburn. I was very upset but now I’m just laughing.

Cancellation Policy Sucks. I got a reminder text and called salon the next day to reschedule. Receptionist informed me canceling within 48 hours requires 50% fee, or over $100 in my case. The text they sent was sent within their 48 hour policy window and DOES NOT mention this policy. So after several years going here (Lori is great) I will be finding another salon.

My daughter and I were on the hunt for a building gel near our place, and we stumbled upon this salon. They’re super welcoming to walking clients. It was my first time at the salon, and I was blown away by how friendly and professional they were. I highly recommend Jacob; he’s incredibly sweet and skilled. The owner helped us out with my daughter’s nails, and she did an amazing job! Thanks a bunch to Pure Salon; It’s a highly recommended and well done !🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
