Was walking in the mall one day and decided to try this place out and had a fantastic experience here with a shoulder/back massage. If you’re looking for an experienced deep tissue massage to work out sore/tight muscles that’s affordable, I would highly recommend coming here! If you’re looking for a luxury spa experience, then go somewhere else. Obviously it’s in the mall so there will be people walking by and sounds and what not. But I didn’t mind at all and I was so relaxed by the massage I didn’t care. I left feeling renewed and relaxed and will definitely be back! Plus, they have a punch card that gives you 10 minutes free once you complete it.

Received two massages here. Did a 30 min chair massage and a 60 min table combo. They were both fantastic! I love having deep, strong pressure and both provided. If you can't stand a heavy hand then make sure to ask for lighter pressure. The massage artist did continue to check in on me to see if she needed to adjust. Gladly will return next time I'm in town!

Came in randomly for a quick massage today (1/2/2026) and decided on a 1 hour combo. I’ve had a lot of massages and am very picky about them; I didn’t check the reviews before but I’m honestly so glad I didn’t because the massage I had was excellent with great deep strong pressure. It’s no frills and reminded me of some massages I get in Asia. Usually people don’t apply enough pressure but my masseuse delivered what I consider a solid, strong and expert massage. The masseuse did 40mins of bodywork and 20mins of foot / leg , and they worked out knots in the mid back area that I didn’t even know were there. My husband visited once before for a foot massage and had a poor experience. We decided to give it another try together, but the service was still disappointing. I had a 30-minute neck and shoulder massage. The therapist did not seem properly trained and lacked understanding of muscle work. The pressure was ineffective and felt more like light pressing than an actual massage. My husband’s 30-minute foot massage was just as bad. The therapist mostly touched his feet without applying real massage techniques, even after he asked for stronger pressure. Both sessions also ended about five minutes early. I had a very disappointing experience at Pure Massage in Great Mall. I went in expecting a proper foot massage, but what I received was far from that. They only focused on the soles of my feet — no massage on my legs at all, which is not how a foot massage should be done. Even worse, they had me sit on a massage chair, leaning forward with my face down and my knees bent the entire time. It was extremely uncomfortable, and by the end, my knees were in pain. No one checked on me during the session, and they didn’t ask how it went afterward either. I honestly don’t think this is the correct or professional way to perform a foot massage. I paid for something that left me feeling worse, not better. Definitely not going back.
