Lynn is amazing! I have been seeing her for over a year now and have always been pleased with the service she provides. Her place is always clean and comfortable. I drive almost 2 hours in Northern VA/DC area traffic to see her. So you know she has to be good for me to suffer through that headache.

My appointment was confirmed and I received a reminder the day before and the day of, with instructions about directions and payment, which made me feel like Lynn was very organized. Upon arrival, I was greeted and we started the procedure immediately. Unfortunately I didn't qualify for the full experience (hair not long enough) but it didn't stop Lynn from trying, and providing an explanation of what needs to be done prior. Thus make sure you don't remove any hair <7 days before your appointment. Yes, it hurt, but that was to be expected. I will say it hurt less than I thought it would. And I was given objects to squeeze if need be. To be honest, I thought Lynn's reviews were too good to be true with nearly all five stars for every review, and that she must request them from her custome
