Pure Threading Salon

Been coming here since I moved 3 years ago. They are very friendly ladies. Always smiling catching up with me. But TODAY, came in just for eyebrow threading. $6 service. Didn’t have cash. Told her “Can I do debit?” She said Ok but we have a minimum $10 on cc and debit.” And I was like “for real?” In my head they didn’t had that last year and no issues 2025 what so ever. So since I had no choice I said ok. Paid $6 for the service and $4 for tip. I know what you’re gonna say it’s just $10 but really???

I was drawn in by the low prices, but unfortunately you really do get what you pay for. I came in for an underarm wax, and the technician actually burned me with the wax. When I yelped from the pain, she didn’t apologize or show any concern—she just dismissed me There was zero accountability, zero empathy, and no sense of professionalism. I left feeling upset and physically hurting. I’m never coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this salon to anyone who values safe or quality service.

Have been going here for upwards of a year for threading services. Most of the women are pretty good and the services are well-valued!

they are the best in NY STATE I try so many places, but this is the best services staf is very good and Compared to others Their prices are cheaper than others prices i will recommend everyone to to try one time there’s services

I do not recommend! ZERO STARS! the lady who did my eyebrows rushed the process and ruined my eyebrows; Very uneven, poorly shaped and barely trimmed my eyebrows . The atmosphere is very unwelcoming and she was very bitter. Please don’t waste your time!
