Purele waxing salon and spa

I went in for a wax for underarms and full arms and I really wanted to like the service because the technician was so nice but this was the worst waxing I’ve had. There are so many hairs and whole patches of hairs still on my arms and underarms that I am going to have to spend quite some time tweezing after this lacking service. Wouldn’t recommend or go in again. Edit to answer to the response: Except I didn’t trim my underarms and there were still many hairs left after waxing. As for my arms, even after trimming, the hair was longer than the 1/4 of an inch.

I really enjoy going to Purele! Everyone is very welcoming and the space is very clean! I tried for the first time Face and Body the ultimate Relaxing treatment (60 min) and I love it ❤️

I love coming here, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The staff is kind and welcoming, and the environment feels clean and professional. Caitlin does my waxes and she is lovely! I trust her and I’m always satisfied with the outcome. She’s personable and I don’t feel like a stranger or just another customer coming in. I have, and will continue to recommend Purele and Caitlin for their services.

I have been a regular here for years, but after my past few monthly visits I was compelled to make a review for this place. Service from the techs is always great whether its my lashes, waxing, or facials. Today was no different in that regard, but I do have one complaint. The past few times I've come in, the place smells like a fish market, and I don't think its just a whiff of natural feminine odor you may expect a bit of at a waxing salon, I'm talking a full on Toyosu market level of oceanic scent. I think you may have something dead in your vents or someone is cooking spoiled food. Not a great experience at a place I once loved. Hopefully next time I come it smells a bit better because my past few visits have left me wanted to rush home to shower the stench away.

I went today for the first time as a walk in. I had facial waxing done with Caitlin who was great. My skin is super sensitive but I did not break out at all after even 12 hours later which is a big deal for me. The prices are extremely reasonable and its a comfortable environment. I will be definitely be back next month for a repeat. Online booking is an option which is super convenient but I was a walk in and they were able to accommodate me.
