Pureluxe Nails and Spa

I was staying at the Homewood Suites and found this nail salon to be extremely convenient and within walking distance. Upon entering, I was greeted by the manager and advised that I wanted a manicure with gel polish. Sofi provided my service. During the first several minutes, she repeatedly tried to persuade me to switch to acrylic or SNS, despite my clearly and consistently stating that I did not want those services. Additionally, she appeared frustrated when I changed my mind about my polish color. As a customer, I believe I have the right to adjust my color choice—especially when the original color was not fully available or sealed. I have been going to this nail salon consistently for over a year (new SNS manicure every 3-4 weeks, a few pedicures, brought friends and family). The staff are so friendly. The salon itself is a typical salon, but has nice pedicure chairs. They also offer water or another beverages, which is a nice touch. The prices are fairly common for Charlotte, and considering SNS lasts so long, I think it is worth the price. If I had to be nit picky, I would personally appreciate a more modernized space, comparable to other salons in Charlotte. However, I understand this isn’t also feasible and might result in an increase in price.

Been going this nail salon for more than 3 years, it has always been top notch service every single time! All the friends I introduced to go had really positive feedbacks after visiting Pureluxe. It’s definitely a hidden gem 💎 that I didn’t want to share with too many people 😬However, as a loyal and happy customer, I feel like I really need to share my honest thoughts to appreciate their awesome service. This was my first visit to this salon! The staff was friendly and Andy was very knowledgeable about nail care. He convinced me to switch from liquid gel to sns nail powder! Andy clearly explained the pros and cons of each process to my satisfaction! I will try this out and 🙏🏽 this will be my new and final nail salon! Thanks Andy!!!
