Purity Nails & Spa

This place is always empty but never has the time to provide services. First time I walked in, which I get. No one to do the full set I was seeking. Fast forward a month later I call to set an appointment for a fill in and pedicure, at first via phone it seemed I was asking too much but was given a time to arrive. I get there ten minutes early for the appt for them to sit me down and not acknowledge the pedicure. I explained my appt was for a fill in and pedi for them to say they can’t do my pedicure due to no time and they did not write it down with my appt details. All in all, I’m okay. It’s so ridiculous to not be avail for clients, especially when they try to do right by you…totally dissatisfied for wasting my time both times I tried. Ended up getting accommodated by Sarah nails, 3min

I have been going here for years now and have never had a bad experience. Everyone is so friendly and attentive. They know their customers by name and make you feel welcome and appreciated. Usually see Van or Kim but everyone is great and does a wonderful job!

Wonderful people, Awesome customer service! I Got exactly what I asked for. You don't feel like your not being acknowledged. They are very personable and love to conversate with you and not just amongst each other. This was not my first visit and it will definitely NOT be my last! I love this place ! Whenever I get my nails done, I come here. They are so welcoming and kind....I get muscle spasms from time to time in my toes, and last night I came in for a pedicure and they were so sweet the entire time. I felt embarrassed, but they made me feel comfortable and like it wasn't a problem at all. Thank you guys for everything!!!

My first time going to Purity nail and spa, the experience was amazing Kim did my service she was great! Very gentle, gave conversation such a sweet young lady. I will be back forsure
