The suite was beautiful and the environment was comfortable; however, my experience did not align with some of the other clients. Near the end of my brow service (wax and tint), I began to feel a burning sensation and the brow artist asked whether I was currently using any acne medication, retinol, or tretinoin. I confirmed that I am taking an acne medication and noted that I had disclosed this information on two of the four consent forms provided. The brow artist stated that she must have overlooked this information, as she does not service clients who use acne medications. Unfortunately, during the waxing process, my skin lifted in three separate areas. I LOVE LOVE my brows! Everytime I had went to Lu she was super sweet and always professional! She made the atmosphere comfortable! I’ve had an eyebrow wax with tint before and loved it! But decided to try the micro shading and was extremely nervous and thought it was going to hurt but to my surprise it didn’t! She doesn’t dig into your skin and she’s very PRECISE with her work! She Maps your brows and shows you how it looks before she starts anything to make sure you like it and are ok with everything. Definitely the best in hinesville!!! 10/10 highly recommend!

Best eyebrow tech in all of Hinesville. She color corrected my brows and fixed the shape from prior work from another person. I get nothing by compliments on my brows on a daily basis. She knows what she’s doing and takes her time to create perfection.
