All I can say is what an experience! LaShanda is so knowledgeable about hair care and the process to achieve the best look for your hair! I enjoyed my time in her chair as she's so down to earth and welcoming! Can't wait to book my next appointment!

I have to say this was the first product my daughter and I could share. I used it religiously. I would order and then immediately re-up. Notice I said used. I paid for 2 Donna bundles. Only received 1 and when I tried repeatedly to resolve the matter, I was told the product that I paid for would be shipped on 04/17/24. It’s a month later and no one will respond to my request for either a refund or the product. I’m extremely disappointed and I can’t in good faith promote this product anymore. My hard earned money has effectively been stolen.

I've been going to Shan for over 8 years and she's the only one I truly trust with my hair. I'm always super pleased when I leave her salon, and get so many compliments on my hair. She's highly knowledgeable in the care of natural hair and has created her own natural hair product line. I love all the products she's uses on my scalp and hair; they feel amazing and smell soooo good! I'm really excited that I can purchase them in store or via online. Pur Bella is definitely the place go, you won't be disappointed!!!

I haven't been to a salon in yearssss for several reasons and am blessed to meet the ladies at Pur Bella Naturals. They were welcoming and experts in natural hair care. I seriously learned so much about what was stunting my hair growth. I highly recommend anyone with a desire to enrich their hair and skin to go there. My silk blow out also had me remembering my relaxer days. Softest my hair has felt in years. Their treatments are amazing as well. I seriously can't say enough about them. Just give them a try. Also, if getting in touch with them is an issue, I'd just call again. I made my appointment online and then called to confirm. No problem.
