I spend so much money here and the disrespect I got today was literally insane. I had over three different workers follow me and my son around the store like I was going to steal something…. Then when I tried to sign up for their membership to get discount, I was told that I’m not allowed, but there is no reason or explanation given as to why I couldn’t…. And after spending almost $100 when I came back inside to exchange one $4 item, I was told I’m not allowed to exchange the item After the one lady was about to exchange it and the older Asian lady came up behind her and told her not to let me exchange it….. idk If it’s because they thought that I was a white girl or what, but I definitely feel like it was a race thing because I was the only one in the entire store treated that way. Big store big selection but still not what I was looking for unfortunately. Friendly staff and clean store. Would recommend if just needed basic hair supplies. Idk just wasn’t impressed at all

My first time here the staff was friendly and helpful, I was looking for a specific product for my hair the staff let me know the company went out of business and helped me choose another product that I might like, the business was clean and organized and prices reasonable. I give them five ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Went with my friend, big store very nice selection and great sales as well. Everyone answered our questions and were super nice.

I love this store location. I can always find what I need whether it’s a large or small item. I can walk around freely and sniff, touch, and examine new products with each visit. The store is huge like a mini mall so you might have to ask for help. The staff is friendly, professional, and ask you questions even if you only have photos of an item needed. Each aisle is spacious enough for individuals with disabilities. I highly recommended this store location to all my lady buddies.
