Super unhappy with the service I received at Q Nails and Spa. The woman who did my nails was nice but she was rushing and nicked me with the drill several times and never attempted to stop the bleeding even after seeing the cuts. For both my pedicure and nails, they were rough and rushing, I also didn’t receive the callus removal in my pedicure. I appreciate trying to be efficient but not when it results in ruining the skin around my hands.

I just had to take a moment to shout out Julie and Oanah at Q Nails — they are absolutely AMAZING! From the moment I walked in, they were so welcoming, professional, and genuinely sweet and just to mention I’ve been going here for years maybe 10 years or more Julie is incredibly talented and detail-oriented. She took her time, made sure everything was perfect, and my nails have literally never looked better. Oanah is just as wonderful — Great at what she does. You can tell she really cares about her work and her clients

My nails look awful 😢 just a simple mani/pedi. The ladies were nice but they moved real fast and my nails look awful mess. They used, reused tools on me. Used files and a cheese grater pretty sure you’re not supposed to do that.

Finding Julie and Qnails staff has been a blessing to me. Just moved to Houston and Qnails was the first place I went for my nails and will continue to be the place I trust. Service is awesome and prices are really fair.

Julie is by far one of the most talented nail technicians. She is dedicated to and passionate about her craft. Although she works fast, Julie is efficient, consistent, and surely a perfectionist. If you need a laugh, she's THE lady! Book with Julie, it's worth the visit!😎
